Aims and Scope

JSKP is a peer-reviewed, open-source scholarly journal which focuses on publication of
high-quality research to further the knowledge in the social sciences and applied social
research. It is concerned with work that develops knowledge and bridges theory and
practice, which add value to the social issues and challenges that are of importance to
communities, institutions, and policy.

JSKP seeks to:


● Offer a world-wide researcher, educator, practitioner, and policy community to
exchange scholarly work.
● Promote studies which combine theory and practice.
● Engage interdisciplinary cooperation between disciplines that educate about social
awareness.

Scope of Research


The journal is open to original research articles, review articles, and practice-oriented studies
which offer insights into the current social phenomena and offer informed solutions to them.
It favors submissions which:
● Solve urgent social problems and issues.
● Provide suggestions applicable to the research and practice.
● Incorporate interdisciplinary methods that will be based on sociology, social work,
psychology, education, public administration, economics, and development studies.

Contribution to the Field


The goal of the JSKP is to further advance the field of scholarship not only by increasing the
fundamental understanding of theories and concepts but also to help develop
evidence-based practices and make sound guidelines for decisions. The journal aims to
elevate the quantity and quality of scholarly work by creating opportunities to share
